Subscription
All work is based on a monthly subscription, which includes work in progress such as advertising, video production, design, copywriting, and software. You can always cancel your subscription. If you wish to discontinue service, please provide a 30-day notice of intent to cancel, which allows us to close out our work before the next month renews. Contact us by phone or email.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of digital and custom services, all payments are non-refundable. Once you have approved the project proposal or made a payment, you acknowledge that our work is non-tangible and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to SEO, website design, website copy, video editing, and ghostwriting.
