  • Bought a street sweeping company from a pregnant woman in 2005, expanded clientele in construction, municipal, HOA, and government, which operated for 8 years.
  • Purchased a female-owned bookseller business, ran it for a few years, then sold it for a profit much like investors flip homes while running the sweeping business. 
  • Neuro Linguistic Programming and sacred geometry mentor while working as a night auditor in West Glacier, Montana.
  • Exchanged vacation rental property management career in St. George, Utah for Book Antiquarian business.
